Refund policy

Return, Exchange & Alteration Policy

At TAILOES, all products are custom-made based on your measurements and preferences. Since we provide tailoring and stitching services, our policies differ from standard retail returns.

 


 

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of booking.

  • Once measurements are taken or stitching has begun, cancellation is not allowed.

 


 

2. Return Policy

  • As all items are custom-stitched, returns are not accepted.

  • We do not accept returns for:

    • Incorrect size due to customer-provided measurements

    • Change of mind

    • Sale or discounted orders

 


 

3. Exchange / Alteration Policy

We offer alterations instead of returns.

  • Eligible only if:

    • The garment has a fit issue

    • There is a stitching defect

  • Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

  • Only one alteration/exchange per order is allowed

  • Alteration is subject to feasibility of the garment

 


 

4. Incorrect or Damaged Product

If you receive:

  • Wrong item

  • Damaged product

Please:

  • Email us at support@tailoes.in

  • Share clear photos/videos (including unboxing video) within 48 hours of delivery

✔ We will arrange free pickup and correction/replacement

 


 

5. Measurement Responsibility

  • Our team may assist with measurements, but:

    • Customers must ensure accuracy during submission

  • We are not responsible for:

    • Incorrect fit due to wrong measurements provided or approved by the customer

 


 

6. Alteration Process

  • Pickup will be arranged within 2–3 business days

  • Alteration timeline: 5–7 business days after pickup

  • Re-delivery will be scheduled after completion

 


 

7. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not applicable for custom-stitched products

  • Refunds will only be considered if:

    • The order cannot be fulfilled by us

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

 


 

8. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD orders (if applicable) are:

    • Non-refundable in cash

    • Eligible for store credit/voucher only

 


 

9. Sale Orders

  • Items purchased during sales or promotional offers:

    • Not eligible for return

    • Only one-time alteration/exchange allowed

 


 

10. Important Guidelines

  • Please do not hand over products without pickup confirmation

  • Ensure items are:

    • Unused

    • In original condition (for any eligible claim)
