At TAILOES, we provide made-to-measure tailoring services, which include measurement collection, stitching, and final delivery. Our shipping process is different from standard product delivery.

 


 

1. Service Process Overview

Our process includes:

  1. Order Confirmation

  2. Measurement Collection (home visit or scheduled appointment)

  3. Stitching & Customization

  4. Final Delivery

 


 

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days

  • Measurement appointments are scheduled within 2–4 business days after order confirmation

  • In case of high demand, slight delays may occur (we will inform you)

 


 

3. Measurement Pickup & Scheduling

  • Our team will contact you to schedule a convenient time for measurement collection

  • Measurements are collected at your provided address

  • You must be available at the scheduled time to avoid delays

 


 

4. Stitching & Delivery Timeline

  • Stitching typically takes 5–7 business days after measurements are collected

  • Delivery is completed within 7–10 business days from measurement date

📌 Total turnaround time: 7–12 business days

 


 

5. Shipping Charges

  • Free delivery across India

  • Orders below ₹1500 may have a ₹50 delivery charge

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹100 additional charge

 


 

6. Delivery Process

  • Once your garment is ready:

    • It will be delivered to your address

    • You will receive delivery updates via call/SMS/email

  • In some cases, our team may personally deliver your order

 


 

7. Tracking Information

  • Tracking details will be shared once your order is dispatched

  • Tracking may not be available for local or in-house deliveries

 


 

8. Delays in Delivery

Delays may occur due to:

  • Customer unavailability during measurement

  • Changes requested after stitching begins

  • High order volume

  • Logistics or courier issues

We will keep you informed in case of any significant delay.

 


 

9. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect details or unavailability:

    • Re-delivery may be delayed or chargeable

 


 

10. Damaged or Incorrect Delivery

If you receive:

  • A damaged garment

  • Wrong order

Please contact us within 48 hours at:

Include:

  • Photos/videos (preferably unboxing video)

✔ We will arrange correction or replacement at no extra cost

 


 

11. Service Availability

  • Currently, services are available within India only

  • Some remote locations may have limited service for measurement pickup

 


 

12. Important Notes

  • Delivery timelines begin after measurements are collected

  • Since products are custom-made, timelines may vary slightly

  • We request customers to cooperate during measurement and delivery scheduling
